Project: Snapshots Video Science
Challenge: Make Science concepts accessible, meaningful and memorable for elementary level remedial science students
Solution: Animation played a huge part in this three-grade, 81 video science series. A friendly, colorful 3-D spider introduced students to new vocabulary, while nearly 300 two- and threedimensional animations helped illustrate “the way things work” in Life Science, Physical Science and Earth Science. |

Project: Noodlebug: Animal Friends, On the Move and lets Pretend DVDs.
Challenge: Create a series of DVDs to help toddlers move, learn and grow.
Solution: Combining beautiful illustrations with live-action footage and custom music, we created three different DVD products - one of which won Parents magazine’s Video of the Year! Utilizing Horizons’ diverse array of talents, we created lovable animations that introduce youngsters to the world of animals, to wheels and transportation and even to the joy of exploring their own imagination. |

Challenge: Show middle and high school students
how science affects their lives every day.
Solution: In this 80-video series, we demonstrate why science isn’t just for nerds, but for everyone. Scientific careers and concepts are examined, with the help of more than 300 2-D and 3-D animations that make complex processes easy to understand. What’s science got to do with our lives?
